Minimum Wage Laws Are Anti-Competition

Fans of the minimum wage increase do not ground their views in basic economics. If they did they would realize that the increase is catastrophic for minorities and small business. The increase raises the bar for unskilled labor to enter the work force. Their ability to underbid $7.25/hr is now illegal. Watch unemployment numbers going forward, especially amongst minorities and teens. Less will be hired to cut costs.
